The 10th GoGoGetaway...

It doesn't seem five minutes since the last GoGoGetaway and here I am, writing a post about the most amazing weekend I've had, with some of the loveliest ladies, in a very nice hotel... a girls perfect weekend?

But it wasn't all relaxing, its always full on but oh so worthwhile...

I taught four classes, the first being on Saturday morning and was called 'French Fancy'

The class focused on lace and different ways to use it on layouts.

The second class was 'Mini Memories' and was based around Honey I shrunk the kids meets scrapbooking!

The idea behind the class was using miniature items on a layout, ranging from the mini book to make, the tiniest of pencil crayons as embellishments to the cutest shrink plastic bee charm. Big thanks to Sheena for having a bee die-cut!

'Natures Trappings' was my last class of Saturday, although the delegates had another on the Saturday night!

We used brads and floss to create a grid structure so that items such as buttons could be woven into the structure... cute huh?

Gotta love those acorn cups xxx

Sunday morning came round all too quickly, especially as I didn't get to bed until 3.30am! But with the dawn chorus and snow came 'Once upon a time'....

For this class, everyone got the "ingredients" to make themselves a couple of book markers, similar to the Websters page markers!

Never one for yellow, I love the lush colour combination of this layout along with the AC Sprinkles foam alpha!

So the end came all too quickly, but number 11 is only a matter of months away!
